Looking for 1 Roommate to share a new 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1950 sq. ft house. House is less than 3 years old and in a new community development. This neighborhood is clean quiet and very safe.The house is furnished with furniture in the living room a dining table Big screen TV all major appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a study room 2 car garage driveway and a big backyard. The house is about a 10-20 minute drive to the University of Arizona campus and a few minutes drive to the airport. It is also a short distance away is a shopping center with grocery stores restaurants Banks etc. I am renting out 2 Rooms for 340+Electricity. I will pay for all the other utilities (Gas Cable Water Hi-Speed Internet Etc.) Leasing is available for 1 year. A 1 month security deposit is needed when moving in. Car can park on the driveway and street.We are looking for Males and Females that are preferably students or young adults.
